  • Financial planning: Planning for retirement and other financial needs â€‹

  • Government benefits: Obtaining public benefits like Medicaid and Veterans Benefits

  • Asset protection: Preserving assets from material depletion due to unreimbursed medical expenses and protecting seniors from financial, physical, and emotional abuse 

  • Long-term care insurance: Evaluating whether to purchase a policy, guidance on whether to drop or reduce coverage, assistance with successful claims and/or denials, litigation to enforce coverage or lapsed coverage

  • Housing: Planning for housing needs including assisted living, memory care, nursing home care and home care

  • End-of-life planning: Documenting wishes and making arrangements for end-of-life care 

  • Administration after death: Probate and Trust administration after death
