PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy describes how the Bravura Group P.C. collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use www.bravlaw.com, or other online services provided by us (the “Services”). This privacy policy also applies when you otherwise interact with us. By providing personal information (i.e. data about you from which you can be identified) using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this policy.
COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
(a) Information We Collect Automatically. When you browse through our website or download information from it, our servers will automatically collect certain information from you. This information includes the: name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the browser software you use; your operating system; the date and time of your visit; the pages you visit; and, the Internet address of the website and IP address from which you linked to our website. We will use this information to manage and improve the Services. We do not seek to match data collected automatically with data that you give us voluntarily and we do not seek to track specific users or profile their activities on our website.
When you click on a link in an electronic communication we send to you, your browser tells us that someone has clicked on a particular link in that particular electronic communication. We use this information to improve our marketing efforts. In addition, we review our server logs — which contain visitors' IP addresses — for security and fraud prevention purposes. If criminal activity is suspected, we may share our server logs and the personal information we have collected with the appropriate investigative authorities who could use that information to trace and identify individuals.
Log file information is also automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page. When you access or use the Services, our servers may automatically record certain log file information, including but not limited to your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, and pages viewed.
(b) Information You Provide. We collect personal information about you, such as your contact details, when voluntarily submitted by you or someone authorized by you. For example, if you choose to submit one of the forms on our website to register for a conference or to receive information, when you apply for a job, interact with us on social media, or otherwise communicate with us, we may ask you to provide information including, but not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, company name, a password, your social networking service username, your birthdate, and other data. We retain messages you send to us and other data you provide to us. We use this data for our business purposes related to our practice of law, and as further detailed below.
(c) Cookies and Other Tracking Technology. Information collected by us or our third-party providers using various technologies, including cookies and clear GIFs/web beacons (or pixel tags). Cookies are small data or text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us to, among other things, improve the Services and your experience, see which areas and features of the Services are popular and count visits. Web beacons are clear, electronic images that may be used on the Services or in our emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine if an email has been opened and acted upon.
We sometimes send cookies to your computer that uniquely identify your browser. A cookie may convey information to us about how you use the Services (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take), and allow us or our third-party analytics tools we use to track your usage of the Services. There are at least two different types of cookies: persistent and session cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent use of the Service. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser's directions for removal of cookies. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to notify you when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
Generally, the information we collect using these cookies does not identify you personally. If, however, you have created a user identity, for example, by subscribing to our publications or filling out forms, we may link the information we collect using cookies to other information that identifies you personally.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may set your browser to reject cookies or to alert you when a cookie is placed on your computer. You may also delete our cookies as soon as you leave our Site. Although you are not required to accept our cookies when you visit this Site, you will not be able to use all of the features and functionality of our Site if you set your browser to, or manually reject cookies.

(d) Device and Location Identifiers. When you access the Services from a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store "device identifiers". Device identifiers are small data files or similar data structures stored on or associated with your device that uniquely identify your device. A device identifier may consist of data stored in connection with the device hardware, operating system or other software, or data sent to the device by us. A device identifier may convey information to us about how you browse and use the Services. A device identifier may remain persistently on your device to enhance your navigation on the Services. Some features of the Services may not function properly if use or availability of device identifiers is impaired or disabled.

When you access the Services using a mobile device, we may also access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store "location data", which may include GPS coordinates or similar information regarding the location of your device.
